Using Kanban practices within Scrum — Cycle Time

I’ve been doing a deep dive into Kanban recently and wanted to share some of the things I’ve learned and how to apply them in the Scrum teams you work with on a daily basis.

I’ve specifically been focussing on the 4 metrics of flow, and this time we’re looking at cycle time. Focussing on cycle time can help your team get things done, rather than just starting more work.
